Effective September 14, 2026
This site helps people in Arkansas find a recruiting office and ask the Arkansas Army National Guard for information about service. It is operated on the Guard’s behalf by its recruiting marketing contractor. This policy describes what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit a form.
Information you give us. When you request information or ask a recruiter to contact you, we ask for your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, ZIP code, the recruiting office you would like to meet at, and anything you choose to tell us in the message field. Date of birth is collected because eligibility for service depends on age.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records standard technical details when you visit: pages viewed, the link or campaign that brought you here, browser type, and general location derived from your network. We use analytics tools for this, and they may set cookies. These details are used in aggregate to understand which recruiting efforts reach people.
Calls to office numbers. Office phone numbers listed on this site are routed through a call tracking service so the recruiting program can measure how people reach its offices. The service logs the time, duration, and originating number of calls placed to those numbers.
Information you submit is used for one purpose: so a recruiter from the Arkansas Army National Guard can respond to your request and talk with you about serving. It is placed in a secure system used by the recruiting program and is visible to recruiting staff and to the contractor that operates the site on the Guard’s behalf.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the recruiting program and its contractors for marketing or any other purpose.
Texting is optional. If you check the opt-in box on the request form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from the Army National Guard about recruiting opportunities, eligibility, benefits, training, and follow-ups to your request. We keep a record of when you opted in and the exact consent language you saw. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP. Choosing not to opt in has no effect on your request or your eligibility. The full text program terms are on the Mobile Terms and Conditions page.
Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a government-authorized system with access limited to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur, but we work to prevent it.
Requests are kept for as long as the recruiting program needs them to follow up with you and to report on its recruiting activity, and are handled afterward according to the Guard’s records practices.
This site is intended for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted a form, contact a recruiting office and we will remove the record.
You can decline text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting the recruiting office you selected or any office listed on our Recruiting Offices page. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
Reach any Arkansas Army National Guard recruiting office through the Recruiting Offices directory, or submit a note through the Request Information form and mention that your question is about privacy.
